If you are happy with your current optical staff, our corporate trainer will come to your facility and educate them so they can take full advantage of the ODS dispensing systems and procedures. They will be trained on all the types of lens and frame options available and will become familiarized with our systems and administrative reports so they can help you maximize your profits as soon as possible.

Additionally, an operations manager is assigned to each location. That manager will conduct weekly/biweekly meetings to ensure that your dispensary is performing optimally. We also provide replacement staffing that can cover for sick time, holidays, and vacations, so that your practice is never without support.
